I was thinking the same thing. Recently, a file I've never seen before named "bingchatinstaller.exe" has been trying to connect to the internet on my machine. I am blocking it. It shows up as unsigned. Is this really from Microsoft? An unsigned binary shows up out of nowhere and wants internet access? That screams malware to me.
