No burn-out here. I've worked in a software developer role for a non-tech company for the past decade. Pay is adequate to pay my bills, and I can work limited hours on basically any part of the tech stack that I feel like. No real pressure and because the pay is simply "adequate" I'd just leave if the non-comp conditions worsened.
