I'm happy with DVDs from the public library. I find higher-resolution videos disturbing. Like, it's already fake, just really sharply so. Fuzz it a bit and I have an easier time suspending disbelief.
- account42 3y agoA lot of older videos (especially TV content) wer shot and directed with the limited resolution in mind, yes. Still, I think it just gives those old series a kind of charm. Matter of taste I guess.
