This is a bit off-topic but I'm getting so tired of clicking links in here and hitting a paywall. I just clicked five in a row and got a paywall. Dang, could we have the title automatically get a [Paywall] prepended if it is from a domain that only offers paid content? I'd love to be able to skim the front page and ignore paywalled content with no comments. I can't keep a good mental list of paid sites, because it's a huge ever growing list, but surely a text file could handle that easily.
- treffer 3y agoThis one works in private mode. I am using Firefox on mobile and it worked that way. There is also a plug in available on gitlab (iirc) that can auto-circumvent it on most sites. But I find that questionable and I try to keep my plug-in list minimal (it's a horrible supply chain attack vector).
