- PaulHoule 3y agoAren't trains already electrified in most places? For that matter I lived in Germany for a year 25 years ago and traveled a lot to points east and saw buses that took power from an electric catenary the same way trains do. (Funny, I frequently commute on a battery electric bus when it gets assigned to our route.)
