Over 440k Starbucks holiday mugs recalled for burn and cut hazards

- chaostheory 3y agoPretty sure that these mugs had warnings against being microwaved. That’s one big reason I stopped buying Starbucks mugs. I like to be able to use my mugs in a microwave.
- ninju 3y agoNote the YOU ARE HERE and BEEN THERE SERIES mugs are microwave safe, per an engraving on the underside, and are NOT part of the recall. The recall is regarding specialty mugs not the mugs you can get from the store. > The mugs were sold online and in stores nationwide at Target, Walmart and Nexcom, a military retail outlet, from November 2023 through January 2024.
