The firsr question that popped up in my mind reading the paper - “does this mean anything in the context of AAKG food supplements ?”
My impression from 15 minutes of googling (being completely clueless in this domain) seems that since AAKG is a dipeptide, it doesn’t qualify as “arginine-rich” (the “rich” implies long arginine chains) - but it would be really interesting to hear from someone who actually has expertise in this area.
