Toronto Police Advised People to Leave Car Keys by Front Door in Faraday Bag

- wolverine876 3y agoHow does the Faraday bag help? Won't the car thieves simply remove the keys from the bag? Does it make it harder to find them? I thought the point was to make the keys easier to find and prevent the thieves from looking around your house.

Didn't someone make a delay switch that would shut down the ignition after a few minutes when it was activated? That way, the thief would stall out at some inconvenient point and flee. Faulty memory? Didn't see such a thing in a quick search.
