Utilities must bear all the responsibility for the climate change we are collectively inducing.
- sydbarrett74 3y agoEven better, the utilities can pass these costs onto oil and gas companies and make them pay a large portion, if not the whole thing. Ideal would be for some high-level execs to get lengthy prison sentences.
