In non-existence there is no space for existence to exist. So existence can only exist within the realms of existence. So within existence asking the question why there is an existence does not make sense. Because you can only ask the question of you exist, and that proves you're inside existence and not inside non-existence. And existence needs to fill up the space that non-existence doesn't fill up. You can't have one without the other.
Existence can also be seen as causation. Everything within existence has a cause and an effect. The rain comes from the clouds, the clouds come from the sea, the sea comes from the rivers, the rivers come from the mountains, etc. But causation itself doesn't have a cause or effect, because all causes and effects are concepts within causation.
Also think of the speed of light. The closer you get to it, the faster time goes for you. At the speed of light, there is no time anymore, and everything is in one moment. We are zoomed in on this oneness existence and viewing it from different perspectives, which we perceive as spacetime.
