Reddit prices IPO at $34 per share, the top of the range
- jeffwask 3y agoThis seems like a runaway or short IPO and I'm a very active Reddit user. I saw a statistic yesterday that $300 million of their $800 million in total revenue went to compensate 2 executives and spez alone accounts for more total compensation than the CEOs of three other more profitable tech companies. Nothing I want to invest in more than a company that sent over a 3rd of its revenue to 2 people while not making a profit. It doesn't help that the entire company lives or dies on an unpaid moderation staff that is increasingly frustrated with enriching these people while being treated poorly.
