Can we remove entirely or allocate an equal amount of subsidies to each state in order to compare each experiment on equal grounds? (looking at Alabama and similar states that get more federal funding than they contribute)
- tb_technical 3y agoThe end result of this is that you're taking funding from programs that support the poor in Alabama.

- glimshe 3y agoLet's do it. The imbalances you refer to are largely a result of policies advanced by states such as California: sharp progressive taxation and government programs.
