I prefer hybrid models don't dictate constraints like that and just set percentages that you should hit over time. I'm in a long distance relationship and I'm okay with going into the office 4-5 days a week for 6 out of 8 weeks as long as I can be full remote for 2 out of 8 weeks. But I am NOT okay with 2 days every week.
