Teler: Real-Time HTTP Intrusion Detection
- CubsFan1060 3y agoLooks like the repo is archived and they aren’t working on it anymore?
- doakes 3y ago"The development of teler IDS is currently on hold. However, we're thrilled to inform you that we've decided to take a bold step by embarking on a complete refactor, starting from scratch to enhance the overall development process."
- teddyh 3y agoStarting from scratch is the exact opposite of “refactor”. What they may have meant is “redesign”.
- zujkowskiwj 3y agoLooks like this https://github.com/kitabisa/teler-v3 https://github.com/kitabisa/teler-v3 is the planned version. There's a v2 listed in their GitHub as well they mention us current.
- cranberryturkey 3y agoHow do you install it?
- kubeia 3y agohttps://teler.app/installation https://teler.app/installation
- cranberryturkey 3y ago$ go install teler.app@latest go: downloading teler.app v1.2.2 go: teler.app@latest: module teler.app@latest found (v1.2.2), but does not contain package teler.app
- begueradj 3y agoAt the very beginning of the Readme file, you can see the state of the project.
- grepfru_it 3y agoI shall look into this. Modsecurity with traefik is an ugly nightmare that no one should put up with
- mrintegrity 3y agoSeems like the "refactor" to a completely new project also includes new license restrictions with Elastic license for the core application. Can't say I blame them and at least it's not the damn BSL, but I still don't like it very much.
