If it's an analog (voltage based) sensor then no, but if you know the input and output ranges you can probably build a gain stage out of much cheaper and simper components. *"Real time" is complex though, the best you can probably do is slightly longer than the time it takes to receive plus transmit the packet, best case slightly longer than the longer of the two processes.
