- bobmcnamara 3y agoI edit my comment, but pre FPGA, much of our missile guidance electronics was entirely analog, and thus observable if your buddy say, misplaced one in the side of a mig. Now the bitstream can be downloaded as needed, and bit rots quickly after power loss.
