Why target a regulated industry like nursing, I wonder? Wouldn't it be easier to use AI in, say, a drive through window at a fast-food joint? No liability could be a big upside, and the universe of conversations at the drive through would be much smaller.
IIRC, some of the more liberal states pay > $15/hr. to take fast-food orders, and this solution could be super valuable to a fast-food business with smaller margins than health-care.
- onel 3y agoGood point. I think they will not replace mission critical interactions but the mundane ones?
