The NOC folks I've worked with have been incredibly sharp. No one with half a brain would talk down to them.
- silisili 3y agoAgreed, but that's what I've noticed. Not necessarily degrading them, but snapping back or saying rude things like 'I just told you 5 minutes ago..' If someone tried that with the guy who ran our calls, they'd get a very public dressing down if not worse.
