Two attempts to auto-pay from my credit union failed, and this counts in their mind as two bounced checks, so I pay by check at a local store that takes PG&E payments by printing the slightly delayed PDF statement at their website. Nearby Walmart takes PG&E payments in cash or debit card. PG&E's local office closed years ago.
