- dfc 14y agoI apreciate the links but I wish they were from less biased sources. Any peer reviewed academic citations? Quote from NMHC: NMHC is a national association representing the interests of the larger and most prominent apartment firms in the U.S. Cato is obviously infinitely more reputable than an industry trade group. But lets face it Cato is not exactly an unbiased source for discussion of government policies.
