- josephcsible 3y agoThere are a lot more tick-borne diseases than just Lyme.
- zzzeek 3y agoof course, but Lyme is most prevalent and, I'd like vaccines for rocky mountain etc. as well, and there are efforts towards each (Well probably not for the alpha gal sensitivity caused by lone star ticks). there was an actual ready to go vaccine for Lyme, LYMERix, which was pulled because it was not profitable. That's the problem there, which is that vaccines should be made available even if they are not "profitable".
