Doesn't really matter, because:

- g4zj 3y agoI'd personally rather be right, and at the same time, maintain an appropriately friendly and respectful demeanor. If this is what the author means by "nice", then I'm not sure why the two are treated as mutually exclusive. I suppose it suffices for a generic inspirational quote.
