Could explain my issue, why my stack started to fail silently. Before, i could setup s3 bucket plus sqs queue, and setting up notification configuration, where s3:ObjectCreation events are sent to that queue, when an s3 object is created. The notification configuration was no longer created. Now i have to set explicitly an additional DependsOn to the queue's queuePolicy.
