Maybe buyers will just get rid of their agents, like in the rest of the world.
6% becomes 3% and the sellers/buyers keep the saving.
- ProllyInfamous 3y agoI'm looking for land on Zillow, currently... and it seems like even if you do all the selection/finding: the seller's realtor is still going to charge you the buyer's fee [when you don't have/use a realtor, yourself]. Years ago, I just had to stop working for realtors even though the make-ready work paid quite well (it's so fake; "seller's report is worth less than the paper it's printed upon").
