I was an early adopter of FirefoxOS, back in 2014, IIRC. It's a pity it didn't caught on. Initial devices were very low-end, guess it didn't help with marketing

I was an early adopter of FirefoxOS, back in 2014, IIRC. It's a pity it didn't caught on. Initial devices were very low-end, guess it didn't help with marketing, and it also failed to displace cheap bloatware-riddled android devices that flooded the market. Good to know at least part of it survives as KaiOS.
