Yes. People have had cfs or me since long before covid. I had it 25 yr ago. Its nothing new, but is fairly rare.

- zero-sharp 3y agoNo doubt CFS existed before covid. But the question is: does the flu trigger CFS in people not previously suffering from the condition?
- cpncrunch 3y agoYes. Mono is the main trigger, but also q fever, flu, colds and life stress. Stress has also been shown to be a factor in long covid.
