A minute/mile fee are fees per order. Now the companies and employees are being punished as consumers are leaving. So, 40,000 app workers are impacted by the "helpful" bill. But i wouldnt say the bill is the only cause of hardship, inflation has hit everything from doubling car insurance, and the companies costs for employees is probably a big issue also.
