Actually, yes, I did know it was a new incident. The root cause of this latest incident has not, to my knowledge, been identified, and this could well be a completely different failure mode. Pretty sure they did the vigilance on the failure mode from 2 months ago and this is something different, but the investigation will let us know definitively.
