Seller’s agent sure. Buyer’s agent no so much. So far I have yet to find a buyer’s agent that is worth the price they are charging. Happy to pay them a few $10

Seller’s agent sure. Buyer’s agent no so much. So far I have yet to find a buyer’s agent that is worth the price they are charging. Happy to pay them a few $100 for offer writing. But most have little ideas about neighborhoods, builds etc. you have to do soooooo much of your own diligence.
