I say this all the time but I’d love a barebones EV focused on privacy, safety, and maintainability. I even think a $16K EV with 100 miles range would be hugely popular as a second vehicle for most families. Just don’t make it look ridiculous. A “second vehicle” would really be the perfect niche for EV’s right now.
