Does a settlement increase the chances of the status quo continuing?
- djbusby 3y agoWell, it (can) reduce commission fees and might make FSBO or un-assisted purchase easier. Which would change the status quo a bit. But states have their own rules too, eg MA requires a real-estate attorney to be part of the process.
