It's pretty straightforward, and unless your company is owned by Iran, Russia, North Korea or China you don't fall under the scope of this law. It also isn't a ban, it's a forced divestiture, ending in a ban only if that law is ignored. This simply isn't the slippery slope some people seem desperate to paint.
