We don't know that all the laundry has been let out. It's also possible that there could be criminal charges against some of Boeing's leadership if this guy were to testify against them or if he had more info.
- Simulacra 3y agoI'm not a lawyer, but if he was dead before the deposition, it doesn't really count. In order to have any weight, he would've had to been under oath, in a deposition, some type of very official interview and documentation. It's like when a mob witness goes missing. If they can't testify, they can't testify.
