Every one of these arguments were made when the five day workweek was introduced. Turns out the economy adjusted.
- tptacek 3y agoThat the economy will adjust is my whole point. (I do not think that the exempt/non-exempt argument was made at the time, since the 5-day work week long predates the FLSA).
