I have an Audi, and it refuses to automatically change the clock when entering a new timezone (or when daylight savings time happens) unless I pay for the navigation feature that is completely redundant due to CarPlay. So twice a year I roll my eyes, say "You'll have to try harder, Audi", and change the clock myself. I guess they heard me. Joke's on them: this is almost certainly my last German car.

Yeah, former buyer of German “value engineering” pieces of shit (anything from Volkswagen AG and subsidiaries). Never again. German quality my ass, they cannot build a car that doesn’t fall apart. Asian manufacturers can. They deserve to go out of business.
