- mscccc 3y agoHey, I'm just trying to help here. I don't think anyone wants to be feeling comatose after a meal. Reduce the sugar and you'll feel good!
- n4r9 3y agoSpeak for yourself; having a big meal followed by a nap is a deeply pleasant experience!
- FooBarWidget 3y agoIt is normal if you consume hi GI food. But consuming high GI food, that is not (or at least shouldn't be) normal.
- vmfunction 3y agoover the years I have read arguments from both sides. It is not healthy to sleep after food! It is healthy to sleep after food. I just tried it myself. And it did help a lot to sleep after food. Limiting in take of sugar/carbs does help. However, personally going on diet like this does NOT suite me. I rather eat the food I want to eat and rest a bit, than watch what I need to eat.
