The universities have decided instead of paying professors the solution is to hire layers and layers of bloated administration.
- ta8645 3y agoIt's part of the grift. It's essentially a ponzi scheme, employing graduates holding useless degrees. There's a need to prop up the job market in order to incentivize the next crop of students to pursue even more useless degrees. The bottom will completely fall out of this eventually.
