- rolph 3y agoa reasonable person would expect the requirement of a payment. once you discover it, continuing to exploit the effect to gain merchandise and not pay would be intentional
- ballenf 3y agoI hope Costco doesn't levy felonies for going through the free sample line more than once or I'm in trouble.
- professoretc 3y agoCostco encourages the sample vendors to give out as many as you want.
