- scns 3y agoBefore Darklang it's founder worked on Tablecloth, a standard library for ReasonML/Bucklescript. Contributed to it back then. > This one seems to be inspired by F#. Inspired by OCaml, to be pedantically correct.
- stachudotnet 3y agomaybe I'm wrong, but I think Tablecloth was developed as part of Darklang. Our old editor was written in ReScript (or whatever names it had before) and OCaml. Tablecloth offered a 'common' lib for rescript and ocaml. Then when we ported the F# backend, we added an F# lib too. We killed our usage a few months ago, though
- scns 3y ago> Contributed to it back then. It was pitched as an alternative standard library with the same API on Frontend (Reason or Bucklescript) and Backend (OCaml). That was before ReScript and before Darklang.
- stachudotnet 3y agoah cool!
- stachudotnet 3y agoInspired by OCaml, written previously in OCaml, currently written in F#. My interest was definitely inspired by my time with F#.
