Interesting, I hadn't heard of anyone using 1080i displays recently. Do you use one, and if so why?
- neurostimulant 3y agoSome ancient TVs only support up to 1080i instead of 1080p.
- ryandrake 3y agoYep that’s my use case. My home theater TV is from 2007 (not ancient) and supports either 720p or 1080i. Thanks to Apple’s helpful “up”grade now I’m stuck with 720p.
