I will let you in on a little secret. Very few devs, full stack or otherwise, remember everything on any non-trivial system. What the experience gives you is the ability to read and comprehend code that is new to you very quickly. And “new to you” code includes code you wrote a year ago and haven’t touched since.

I can’t remember lots of stuff, and Google the most basic stuff, every day. But my stuff ships, works well, and tends to last. I think actual results can count. That seems to be a minority opinion, these days, but what do I know? I have to Google basic stuff, so I suppose that means I don’t know what I’m doing.
