Probably they are expecting a lot more people to buy and use Vision Pro than the amount of people having and using a Quest.
Also Vision Pro is about spatial computing, so perhaps it offers a better VR experience for VLC. Whereas with Quest you can probably get about as much use out of VLC as you’d like with the already existing version?
- vlovich123 3y agoThat seems unlikely in the short term. Estimates for V1 is that they'll ship ~300k units. Quest 2 has sold 18 million. It honestly sounds more like justifying buying a Vision Pro.
