I don't dispute that in the least. I find that when people have a passion for something, they work for less. An example is post-docs or artists - they sometimes do this for the sheer joy of doing it, and businesses tend to exploit that. The investors will milk it for what they can, then cash out, and, if Reddit ceases to be, similar to Twitter/X, c'est la vie...
