  Big companies can afford to - the point is not that Meta would win a case, it's that most people are too small to survive a case long enough to see it through to a win against Meta.

    Well, then the first question I would ask the court: Why does Meta not sue big comapny XYZ hosting xyzgram.com? Not that I don't believe OC, but I don't find any example for this story.
