TL;DL: This is a discussion of a super comprehensive list to minimize onboarding time for new hires.
I've used variations of this list (adapted for remote-first, asynchronous teams) in the past 5 years. It has helped me a lot to not forget anything and prevent employees from feeling lost, especially during their first month.
