  Pretty sure it's earned only if they fulfill their obligations. And I'm pretty sure not being negative about your employer on social media is somewhere in their contract. Not saying they're right, but this isn't "theft of earned compensation"

    Again, they don't have to be current employees, and therefore may well not be under contract.

      Whatever. They literally signed a contract/shareholder agreement that says they can't do that. "muh freedumbs"
