Glad you haven't faced it--or at least, it was subtle enough not to rankle or tank your job search. > ageism isn't inevitable It's not inevitable, but it is something outside of your control. Whether or not you experience agism isn't up to you, its up to recruiters, hiring managers etc. And when you do face it, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.
