I thought this interesting article would be about consultants. The hard part of consulting (not management consulting like McKinsey or KPMG, I mean legitimate technical consulting) is figuring out what the customer actually wants and then finding a way to describe what you plan to do that satisfies what they claim is their need in a way they will understand and be glad for.
