  What exactly is fair and thoughtful about keeping on an employee that shouts down a company representative giving a public presentation. I don’t understand how anyone could even think a company—or any enterprise—is morally required to pay people that publicly work against its chosen strategy.

    Nobody is saying that Google shouldn't fire the protester, but it doesn't mean he cannot do it, evidently.
