Side projects are such a misnomer. Is it for fun? Is it for profit? Is it to learn something new? Defining that and then calling it simply a project is good enough.
- Brajeshwar 3y agoSide Projects are those that you start off but never finishes, you continue in bursts at times, but keeps it running for a long time until one day you re-do things all over. /s
- whoiscroberts 3y ago/s you say but this is true, my side projects are wildly ambitious, and I find with you say to be true.
- sergiopan 3y agoYes. However, in my opinion, there's a reason for the use of the word "side." They are not directly paid by the main business (as I quote in the article). This makes a significant difference in the eyes of the builders. You'll need an extra dose of motivation once you're dragged to the good old stuff. We learned this the hard way with our first side project. This time, we were better prepared... Just sharing all of this in my post! Hope it helps others like us.
